Jessika represented everything I was looking for to be the department’s first ever program manager or anyone I have the privilege to hire. Jessika’s first year in the role, she singularly embraced the new vision of the department, re-branded the department, and took on divisional leadership. Jessika is a rising star in the field of student affairs. She has particularly created a space for API and first-generation students as well as early career professionals to explore and integrate their identities into the spectrum of deepening dialogue on race and social justice.
