Jessika was my Cluster Leader during the LeaderShape Institute. One of the things that I really appreciated about her and her leadership style was that from the very beginning of the week, she was able to create a safe space for all of the members to be vulnerable and share things that were definitely not easy. From that point, she continued to present us with challenges to become a more cohesive group, while holding the utmost respect for our differences. Jessika displays what it means to be an ally. As she facilitates conversations, she ensures that all members are brought into the conversation and each member is heard.
